NourishIQ is an AI-powered nutrition guidance and calorie tracking tool designed to help users make better everyday food decisions. The Service includes meal logging, macro tracking, AI-assisted nutrition guidance, and access to resources such as the 7-Day Simple Nutrition Reset.

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

NourishIQ offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro features are available via monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) billing.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

All content, features, and functionality within NourishIQ — including but not limited to text, design, logos, and software — are the property of NourishIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal nutrition data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that data to provide and improve NourishIQ as described in our Privacy Policy.

NourishIQ provides general nutrition guidance and tracking tools for educational and informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NourishIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional information provided is always complete or accurate.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of NourishIQ after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
